Well it's candy nothing special. I ordered during a live and it never gave me an option to buy an ice pack for $1.50 so of course I got melted candy. It was awful. For the price you are charging the least you can do is automatically include proper packaging for your goods. I live in Texas with 100 degree temps. Such a disappointment. Lots of improvement needed for packaging. You lost me
