Shipping Policy

All items ship from Herndon in Northern Virginia. Orders may take up to 5 days after you ordered to be dropped off at the post office. We are not responsible for post office delays and this is out of our control.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to countries that accept USPS. If your country does not accept USPS, we will be unable to ship to you at this time. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Candy Andy LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Cost and Delivery

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days of receipt. Stated delivery times are carrier provided estimates.  Delivery times are not guaranteed. We can only guarantee when your order will be dropped off at the post office. Your product will be considered delivered when your parcel is scanned as delivered to the shipping address that you entered at checkout. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.


Hot Weather Advisory

Refunds will not be given for heat-damaged items. USPS and UPS do not consider melted items to be a valid damage claim. Gummy Candy will usually be fine in the heat if you follow your tracking and are available to receive your package when it is delivered. It is likely to melt if it is left in a mailbox or on a porch during the hot month. Please consider having someone available at your delivery location (or deliver to an office) so your package does not sit outside OR you can hold your package at USPS and pick it up. We also have the option to add an icepack to your order for extra precaution. If you are uncomfortable with any of the above solutions, please wait until the colder months out of the year to order. Once again, WE DO NOT COVER HEAT-DAMAGED items.



Incorrect Address

Once your item has shipped, we cannot change the address. Please reach out to candyandyllc@gmail.com if you need to change the address. If the item is returned to the sender, you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to have your item redelivered.

Cancellations

All orders are final once they have been shipped. If you made an order and need to cancel it, please reach out to candyandyllc@gmail.com Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking and credit card fee. Candy Andy LLC has the right to cancel any order that comes up as suspicious, fraudulent or for any other reasons deemed necessary by Candy Andy LLC


Damaged, Incorrect, or Partial Orders

If you receive a damaged product, the wrong product, or only part of your order, please notify our Customer Support Team at candyandyllc@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Please provide videos/photos of the item.
