Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THEY ARE PROCESSED AND/OR SHIPPED.
Cancellations before an order has been processed will have a 10% cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be given for reasons that are out of our control, including the customer typing in the incorrect address at checkout.
For obvious health reasons, we cannot accept returns. If your items come damaged, please contact candyandyllc@gmail.com and provide details with photographs of the product.
Hot Weather Advisory
Refunds will not be given for heat-damaged items. USPS and UPS do not consider melted items to be a valid damage claim. Gummy Candy will usually be fine in the heat if you follow your tracking and are available to receive your package when it is delivered. It is likely to melt if it is left in a mailbox or on a porch during the hot month. Please consider having someone available at your delivery location (or deliver to an office) so your package does not sit outside OR you can hold your package at USPS and pick it up. We also have the option to add an icepack to your order for extra precaution. If you are uncomfortable with any of the above solutions, please wait until the colder months out of the year to order. Once again, WE DO NOT COVER HEAT-DAMAGED items.
